We make our products with love and care, but we know that there may be times when you need to send your purchase back for a refund. We will gladly accept all returns under the following conditions:
- Item is received at our return center within 30 days of purchase
- Item is repackaged carefully
- Item is in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition
- Item is complete with all parts, instructions, and original packaging
- Item is packaged with the appropriate return form and includes all requested information
Customers are responsible for return postage and insurance. As a result, customers are also responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Returns sent back with postage due will not be accepted. Almost all of our products are made on demand, and cannot be simply added to inventory once returned. Therefore, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.
A completed return form is required, to ensure accuracy of all returns and exchanges. Failure to include a return form may prevent us from completing your refund, as we may not be able to locate the original purchase information.
Returns under the following conditions will not be accepted:
- Item is damaged, dirty, or used
- Item is a custom product (Make Your Own)
- Item is not packaged with sufficient information to identify and process the return
- Item is a part of a bulk order with six items or more of the same SKU
- Please consider purchasing smaller quantities prior to placing large bulk orders, to ensure the product is as anticipated
